How are services performed?+
Every service is delivered manually by human players. We do not use bots, scripts, macros, cheats, or third-party gameplay software. No service can promise zero ban risk; enforcement decisions are made by the game publisher.
Which details do I need to request a service?+
Share your region, server, faction, class, current item level and target content. The request form also lets you describe your timing and any remaining entries.
Can I request Empyrean Trace or open-world progression?+
Yes. Choose Empyrean Traces & Open-World Progression, list your target materials or milestones, and we will confirm a route before quoting.
Can I request PvP progression?+
Yes. Choose Abyss Points & PvP Progression and tell us your faction, mode and target. We confirm current availability and scope before quoting.
Can I request a raid or Ludra clear?+
Yes. Use Expeditions & Raid Clears and specify the raid, difficulty and region. Availability, requirements and reward entries are confirmed before a quote.
Are prices fixed?+
Quotes depend on region, server, mode, character progress, reward entries and group size. The final quote is shown before checkout.
Where can I see order updates?+
Account holders can see updates under Orders & Checkout. Guest requests receive a private tracking link by email when the hosted service is configured.
