Cancellation and Refunds

1. Before checkout
A service request or unaccepted quote is not a paid order. You may withdraw it without charge by emailing us with the order reference.
2. How to request cancellation
Send the order reference and your cancellation request to yaydim.pazarlama@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, card numbers or security codes. We will reply to the email address associated with the order.
3. Consumer withdrawal rights
You keep any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase and location. If the law requires a separate request or acknowledgement before a digital service starts, it must be collected separately and must not be inferred from accepting general Terms.
4. If Aether cannot provide a service
If Aether cannot provide an agreed service, we will contact you to explain the available options. Any refund due for unperformed services will be handled under applicable law and returned through the original payment method where available.
5. Payments and refunds
Card and cryptocurrency checkout are currently disabled, so this site is not presently accepting payments or processing refunds. If checkout is enabled later, the payment provider, refund method and any applicable timing will be shown before payment. Nothing here limits a refund right that cannot legally be waived.
