Terms of Service

1. About Aether

Aether is an independent AION 2 service-request portal operated by Aetheronline. It is not operated by, sponsored by or affiliated with NCSOFT or the AION 2 publisher. Game names and marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts and guest requests

You may use a verified account or request a service as a guest. Keep sign-in and private guest-order links confidential. Aether will not ask for your game password, payment card number, security code or one-time game authentication code.

3. Service requests and quotes

A submitted request is not a confirmed paid order. Aether reviews the requested scope and, when available, provides a quote with the service, price, currency and timing before checkout. Services are performed manually by human players. Bots, scripts, macros, cheats and third-party gameplay software are not used. No provider can guarantee zero ban risk or control the game publisher’s enforcement decisions.

4. Payments

Card and cryptocurrency checkout are currently disabled on this site. Do not send payment details by email or in order notes. If a payment method is enabled later, the checkout page will identify the provider and show the applicable price and terms before payment. Aether does not store card numbers, security codes or crypto private keys.

5. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and character details and make sure you are authorised to request the selected service. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or sensitive personal information in order notes.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

You may withdraw an unaccepted quote request without charge. Cancellation and refund information is described on the Cancellation and Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Availability

Game updates, server maintenance, region restrictions and provider outages may affect service availability and timing. If the agreed scope cannot be supplied, Aether will contact the customer to discuss the next step.

8. Complaints and contact

For order questions, complaints or privacy requests, email yaydim.pazarlama@gmail.com. Include the order reference where relevant. Never include passwords or payment credentials.

9. Applicable rights and updates

These Terms do not waive any mandatory rights that apply to you under consumer-protection or data-protection law. The current version and any order-specific quote are shown in the portal before you proceed.
